Cyber Coordination Centre :
Ø Cyber Coordination Centre (CyCord) portal was launched by Prime Minister of India in December, 2018 at DGPs/IGPs Conference.
Ø Primary objective of the Cyber Coordination Centre is to provide a platform   to the  Law  Enforcement  Agencies and other stakeholders to collaborate and coordinate their efforts to resolve cyber crime, and for other cyber related issues like sharing case studies/research findings, experience sharing, formulation of research problems, finding solutions to complex cyber issues, etc

Indian Footwear, leather & Accessories Development Programme ( IFLADP) :
Ø Type: IFLADP is a Central Sector Scheme.
Ø Implementation period: It has been approved for implementation by the Central Government with an approved expenditure of Rs. 2600 crore over the three financial years from 2017-18 to 2019-20.

Sub-schemes under IFLADP are :
Ø Human Resource Development (HRD) sub-scheme
Ø Integrated Development of Leather Sector (IDLS) sub-scheme
Ø Establishment of Institutional Facilities sub-scheme
Ø Mega Leather, Footwear and Accessories Cluster (MLFAC) sub-scheme
Ø Leather Technology, Innovation and Environmental Issues sub-scheme
Ø Promotion of Indian Brands in Leather, Footwear and Accessories Sector sub-scheme
Ø Additional Employment Incentive for Leather, Footwear and Accessories Sector sub-scheme

New National Rubber Policy :
Ø The Minister of Commerce and Industry informed Lok Sabha about the New National Rubber Policy.
Ø The Department of Commerce brought out the National Rubber Policy in March 2019.
Ø The National Rubber Policy includes several provisions to support the Natural Rubber (NR) production sector and the entire rubber industry value chain.
Ø The Policy covers new planting and replanting of rubber, support for growers, processing and marketing of natural rubber, labour shortage, grower forums, external trade, Centre-State integrated strategies, research, training, rubber product manufacturing and export, climate change concerns and carbon market.

Only those who can deliver should rule “ The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.” In a political system when we say “Only those who can deliver should rule ​”, there are some questions that comes to our mind that are:  1. What is to be delivered? 2. Who can deliver? 3. Who will check the delivery? 4. Who should rule?  These questions carry different perspectives as the answers to each one of them can be different for different persons. So, without thinking of arriving at a consensus, we should examine different aspects of each of the questions separately. What is to be delivered? ● Priorities are different for different people. ➔Our society contains a vast number of people having different  interests and needs. Different people have different needs and we can't fulfill the needs of each one of them.   ➔Despite of all this, there are some common needs that the people and the soc
