How to manage stress during UPSC Prelims Exams?

As UPSC CSE Prelims is just a month away, students are facing tremendous pressure.Too many things to do and too little time left.Aspirants those who have already completed revision many times are also continuously anxious whether their preparation is upto the mark or not. What are their chances of clearing?  Another category of aspirants who are appearing for second or third time are confident about clearing both  prelims and mains abut are not sure about rank.

My suggestion to all the serious aspirants who are studying day and night  is that please stop being anxious. You might be in a turbulent state of mind now,but you need to calm down.Last minute study/revision is of utmost importance for prelims.Believe in yourself, you have worked hard all the year long, sacrified big and small hang -outs,fav movies, your best friend's wedding,an exotic family trip ,birthday of  the special one and what not. This is the time to reconcile,to gather every bit of strength together, to remain composed and focussed!!!  YESS I CAN DO IT> Today is my day,I will prove my worth. Your are unstoppable.

Avoid negative thoughts and people.

Revise properly

Drink lots of water- Keep your brain hydrated for more retention

Eat veggies and fruits.

Be calm

Stay focussed

Sleep atleast 5hrs

Lessen caffeine intake

All THE BEST!!!   LET THE BEST MAN WIN.
